The coronavirus pandemic introduced myriad challenges for healthcare providers. From call centers and specialty care, to the ER and pediatrics, operations are experiencing a transition. In order to support the shift, caregivers are turning to the cloud.

PM Pediatrics announced the selection of RingCentral’s cloud communications solution to address the new demands COVID-19. The specialized pediatric urgent care provider had RingCentral’s solution in a number of its newer locations, but when the pamdemic hit, took action and with the help of the cloud communications provider accelerated adoption across its more than 60 locations.

With the RingCentral solution in place, PM Pediatrics gains compliance, security and privacy on a platform that promises enhanced mobility to offer contact center agents access from anywhere and centralized management for its IT team.
